Energy Work for Embodiment

This unique Energy Work session focuses on the human desire to feel more at home in our own bodies. Through our physical body, we experience all of life and sometimes we get disconnected from living in our own body. When we attune to ourselves, we can feel not only at home in our bodies, but also at home in the world. With the help of an experienced practitioner, you will learn how to feel more grounded in your own magic. 90 minute Sessions.

Spontaneous Muscle Relief Technique (SMRT) -Series

Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique is a series of passive contractions that allow therapists to release muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue. This technique is considered deep tissue but not deep pressure, Since it also stimulates the parasympatheic nervous system response, it’s also deeply relaxing. Best recommended to use this work in a series of sessions to address an area of concern. 4 session package in 4 consecutive weeks. 60 minutes per session.

Integrated Bodywork

Want the best of both worlds? In this session, you will get a combination of intuitive bodywork, SMRT and embodied energy work. Why choose when you can experience them all concurrently. Only prerequisite is an open mind. 90 minute sessions. Be prepared for your mind and body to get a boost.

Massage for BONDing - Private Couples Massage Instruction

Licensed Massage Therapist will teach a couple a few hands-on fundamentals of therapeutic massage. The goal is to be able to help your partner at home for in-between professional sessions. This is an incredibly fun and powerful way to connect with one another. All couples welcome but this is a strictly professional experience. Must work directly with therapist to arrange scheduling.
