SMRT is a type of deep tissue that is  a “cousin” to postural release work. The SMRT practitioner finds “twists and turns” or imbalances in your body and holds these postural tendencies for you. This allows your nervous system to shift into parasympathetic response (think rest and digest) and your body naturally reorganizes. It’s deep tissue, without deep pressure. • This unique Energy Work session focuses on the human desire to feel more at home in our own bodies. Through our physical body, we experience all of life and sometimes we get disconnected from living in our own body. When we attune to ourselves, we can feel not only at home in our bodies, but also at home in the world.   With the help of an experienced practitioner, you will learn how to feel more grounded in your own magic.  60 minute Sessions. 

• This  Energy Work experience designed to support deep relaxation, grounding, and an overall sense of well-being. During your session, you remain fully clothed and comfortably supported on the table while Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on and/or hands-off techniques. There is nothing you need to do, accomplish or feel. Your only job is to rest. Each session is intentionally spacious and calming, giving you time to step away from the constant doing of everyday ife  60 minute Sessions. 

• Want the best of both worlds? In this session, you will get a combination of intuitive bodywork, SMRT and embodied energy work. Why choose when you can experience them all concurrently. Only prerequisite is an open mind. 90 minute sessions. Be prepared for your mind and body to get a boost.  

• Licensed Massage Therapist will teach a couple a few hands-on fundamentals of therapeutic massage. The goal is to be able to help your partner at home for in-between professional sessions. This is an incredibly fun and powerful way to connect with one another.  All couples welcome but this is a strictly professional experience. Must work directly with therapist to arrange scheduling. Approximately 2 hours.

• Need help to clarify your gifts? Want anxiety to take a back seat? Interested in starting “healing work” but not sure how to start? Together, we can fine tune a plan that’s best for you to help get unstuck In whatever is holding you back. 60 minutes sessions. 

• This wellness mat can be incorporated for additional warmth and comfort, including gentle heat and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy when appropriate. PEMF device creates low-frequency electromagnetic pulses that pass through the body and interact with electrically active cells and tissues. PEMF pulses intend to support relaxation, circulation and overall wellness. Because PEMF is not suitable for everyone, a brief screening is completed before use. 

• This is like a shower for your energy field, clearing out any energy that needs to move. Can be added to any service.
