Arrival: We ask that clients do not arrive more than 15 minutes early to your appointment.
Late Policy: We are happy to see you up to 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, but the service will be deducted amount of time late from time allotted for the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be counted as missed and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy: To help protect appointment availability and studio time, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service and due at the time of cancellation. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. When canceling, If you didn’t get a email confirmation of the canceled service, then it didn’t happen. If you are canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, you need to contact me directly to cancel and pay the fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
