YOUR VISIT:

• We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes before their appointment time and not any earlier to minimize overlap. Our reception area is currently closed.
• It is optional for clients to wear a mask throughout their  visit. You may always ask your practitioner to wear one. 
• Because of the extra time LMTs need to disinfect their room between clients and to eliminate possibility of any client overlap, sessions need to start and end exactly on time.

Late Policy: We are happy to see you up to 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, but the service will be deducted amount of time late from time allotted for the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be counted as missed and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 50% and up to 100% for appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours. This includes those clients using gift certificates and pre-paid packages. If you did not get a confirmation of your cancellation, we did not receive it. We appreciate your understanding since our only inventory is our time.

Gratuity Policy:  Never expected, but always very much appreciated. 

We pride ourselves on providing professional, therapeutic and wellness services. If at anytime a client's behavior is inappropriate, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be responsible for paying for service in full.
