Late Policy: We are happy to see clients past their scheduled appointment time, but the service will be deducted amount of time late from time allotted for the service.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% for appointments cancelled or missed appointments within 24 hours. This includes clients using gift certificates and pre-paid packages. We appreciate your understanding since our only inventory is our time.
Prepaid Package Policies: Massage packages are offered at a discount when a client purchases multiple massages upfront. These packages were created as an incentive to honor massages for yourself on a regular basis. The pre-paid packages are for the one person with whom they are purchased for and are not to be shared. The (3) three massage packages are to be used within 6 months of initial purchase. The balance will be forfeited if not used within this time. Massage Prepaid Package policies are also subject to all other office policies such as cancellation and late policies.
We pride ourselves on providing professional, therapeutic and wellness services. If at anytime a client's behavior is inappropriate, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be responsible for paying for service in full.
Monitor Your Symptoms: We are happy to reschedule your appointment should you be experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 such as headaches, coughing, fever etc. Please reschedule immediately if you are experiencing any signs of illness.
Mask Required: Masks are required to be worn for your entire experience at both my studios.
For those working with Michelle Geraci: While I was able to allow mask removal in the treatment room for vaccinated clients for a brief time this summer, I’m not able to extend that offer any longer and since we are in close contact for an extended period of time together. Good news is, I have a viable work around for when you lie face down so don’t hesitate to ask!
Vaccinated Clients Only. For clients of Michelle Geraci: I’ve also been medically advised to only work with vaccinated clients for the foreseeable future as another layer of defense. For my unvaccinated clients, I’ll be happy to contact you as soon as I’m able to lift this restriction and I appreciate your understanding regarding this issue. I believe that 98% of my clientele are vaccinated, so this is likely not going to affect many of you.
